About this Act

An Act to make better provision for the order and good government of the Suburbs of Calcutta and of the station of Howrah.

All sections
    A copy of every balance-sheet and of the report thereon by the Auditors shall be kept at the registered Office of the Company, and shall be open to inspection in the same manner as the Register of shareholders kept at such Office.
