Upon the conclusion of the examination, the Inspectors shall report their opinion to the local Government ; a copy shall be forwarded to the registered Officers of the Company and shall be open to the inspection of any shareholder who shall be at liberty to take a copy thereof ; and a further copy shall, at the request of the shareholders upon whose application the inspection was made, be delivered to them or to any one or more of them : all expenses of and incidental to any such examination as aforesaid shall be defrayed by the shareholders upon whose application the Inspectors were appointed.
