Section LVIII: Application of Part III of Act.
    The provisions of this act relating to the winding-up of Companies shall apply to all Companies registered under this Act, and to all Companies registered under Act XLIII of 1850 or duly constituted by law previously to the passing of this Act, from and after the date at which they have obtained registration under this Act, in manner hereinafter mentioned, but not to any other Companies.
