Section LXXXII: Payment of money into Court.
    All monies received under the direction of the Court on account of the sale or conversion of any of the assets of any Company, or in respect of calls made on any contributories, or of any other matter, with the exception of such balance (if any) as the Official Liquidators may, with the sanction of the Court, retain in their hands for the payment of current expenses, shall be paid into court or deposited in such manner as the Court any direct ; and no money standing to such account shall be paid out except upon cheques signed in such manner as the Court directs.
