Section XCVIII: Repeal of Act XLIII of 1850.
     Act XLIII of 1850 is hereby repealed, except as to acts done ro proceedings commenced or liabilities incurred before the passing of this Act. But such repeal shall not take effect with respect to any Company registered under the said Act, until such Company has obtained registration under this Act as hereinafter mentioned.
