Section 20:
Repeal.
(1) The Geneva Convention Implementing Act, 1936 (14 of 1936), is hereby repealed.
(2) The Geneva Convention Act, 1911 (1 and 2 Geo. 5, C. 20), shall cease to have effect as part of the
law of India.
