Section 6:
Employment of agents by Central Government.
The Central Government may, by notification
in the Official Gazette, employ or authorise the employment of any person to act as its agent for the issue
of policies, and making recommendations for the settlement of claims, under the Scheme, and may pay to
the person so employed such remuneration as it may think fit.
