Section 18: Notification under section 15 to be laid before Parliament.
    A copy of every notification made by the Central Government under section 15, shall be laid after it has been made, on the Table of each House of Parliament when such House is in session for a period of thirty days or for the duration of the session in which it is so laid, whichever period is less.
