Section 3:
Repeal of Act 32 of 1947 and dissolution of Housing Board.
On the appointed day, the Coal
Mines Labour Welfare Fund Act, 1947 shall stand repealed, and the Coal Mines Labour Housing Board
shall stand dissolved.
