The Delhi and Ajmer Rent Control Act, 1952 (38 of 1952) as in force in the Cantonment of Nasirabad, shall stand repealed on the date on which the Rajasthan Premises (Control of Rent and Eviction) Act, 1950 (Rajasthan Act XVII of 1950) is extended to that cantonment by notification under section 3 of the Cantonment (Extension of Rent Control Laws)                                Act, 1957 (46 of 1957).
