Section 4: Amendment of article 240 of Constitution.
    In article 240 of the Constitution, in clause (1),--
         (i) for entry (c), the following entry shall be substituted, namely:--
                 “(c) Dadra and Nagar Haveli and Daman and Diu;”;
         (ii) entry (d) shall be omitted.
