Section 13:
Consequential amendment of Act 52 of 1962.
In the Customs Act, 1962, in sub-section (1) of
Section 12 and in sub-section (1) of Section 14, for the words and figures “Indian Tariff Act, 1934”, the
words and figures “Customs Tariff Act, 1975” shall be substituted.
