Section 21: Act not to apply to stock exchange and clearing corporations.
    Nothing contained in this Act shall be applicable to the stock exchanges and clearing corporations recognised under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956 (42 of 1956) and the transactions undertaken therein.
