    23. Protection of action taken in good faith.—No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, the Commission, or any Member thereof, or any person acting under the direction of either the Central Government or the Commission in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or of any rules or any order made thereunder.
