Long Title: An Act to provide for the establishment of the Land Ports Authority of India to put in place systems which address security imperatives and for the development and management of facilities for cross border movement of passengers and goods at designated points along the international borders of India and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 15: Guarantee to be operative.
    Any guarantee given for or in favour of land customs stations or immigration check posts with respect to a loan, lease or finance shall continue to be operative in relation to such stations or check posts which have been vested in the Authority by virtue of this Act.
