Section 57: Board of Revenue to be guided by instruction of Local Government.
    In the execution of the duties vested in the Board of Revenue by this Act, the Board shall be guided by such orders or instructions as they may from time to time receive from the Local Government, to whom they shall apply in all cases which shall appear to the Board not to have been provided for by the existing law.
