Section 5:
Power to renew and subdivide.
The said Corporation shall, on the application of the holder of
any instrument granted under the said Bombay Municipal Act of 1865 or under this Act, and on receipt of
such fees as the said Corporation may from time to time prescribe in this behalf, renew or subdivide the
same.
