¹* * * Extraordinary general meetings of the said Association shall be held according to such rules as may be made for that purpose, in the Bye-laws of the said Association; provided always, that no such extraordinary general meeting shall be held without a previous notice of not less than fourteen days, which notice shall be published in not less than two newspapers printed at Calcutta.
