Rates for warehousing.
1* * * The Directors of the said Association shall, from time to
time, fix the rates at which the said Association will Warehouse Goods and receive Goods at its
Wharfs, and 2* * * a table of such rates shall be placed at every Warehouse and Wharf of the said
Association
