Section 6: Power for collection and enforcing payment of the Municipal Duty.
    The Commissioner of Customs, Salt, and Opium, and Officers of Customs, shall have all the same powers and authorities for collecting and enforcing payment of the said Municipal Duty in addition to the powers and authorities specified in this Act, as they now have or shall have in respect of duties of Customs.
