An Act to amend the law relating to the recovery of Rent in the Presidency of Fort Willian in Bengal.

All sections
    Suits for the delivery of pottahs or kubooliyets and for the determination of the rates of rent at which such pottahs or kubooliyets are to be delivered, may be instituted at any time during the tenancy.
