If the suit be for the recovery of an arrear of rent, the statement shall specify the name of the village and estate, and of the Pergunnah or other local division in which the land is situate; and If the arrear is alleged to be due from any ryot, the quantity of land, and where fields have been numbered in a Government Survey, the number of each field, the yearly rent. of the land, the amount (if any) received on account of the year for which he claim is made, the amount in arrear, and the time in respect of which it is alleged to be due.
