Section 46: Endorsement by Nazir if summons has been personally served or not.
     If the summons be served personally, the Nazir shall endorse on the summons the fact of such service. If personal service be not effected, the Nazir shall endorse on the summons the reason of not serving it personally, and how it has been served.
