Any party to a suit may employ an authorized agent or mookhtar to conduct the case on his behalf, but the appointment of such agent or mookhtar shall not excuse the personal attendance of the plaintiff or defendant in cases where his personal attendance is required by the summons or any order of the Court; and no fee for any agent shall be charged as part of the costs of suit in any case under this Act.
