When a decree is given for the delivery of a kubooliyet, if the person required by the decree to execute such kubooliyet shall refuse to execute the same, the decree shall be evidence of the amount of rent claimable from such person, and a copy of the decree under the hand and seal of the Collector shall be of the same force, and effect as a kubooliyat executed by the said person.
