Any moveable property required to be seized under an execution shall, if practicable, be described in a list to be furnished by the judgement-creditor, but if the creditor is unable to furnish such list he may apply for a general attachment of the debtor’s effects to the amount of the judgment and costs. In either case the property to b seized shall be pointed out to the Officer entrusted with the execution of the process by the creditor or his agent.
