In executing a writ of execution against the moveable property of a debtor liable under this Act, the Officer charged with the execution of the writ shall prepare a list of the property pointed out by the Judgmentcreditor, and shall publish a proclamation specifying the day upon which the sale is intended to be held together with a copy of the said list at the intended place of sale and at the residence of the debtor. A copy of the said proclamation and list shall be transmitted to the Collector and shall be affixed in his Office.
