About this Act

An Act to amend the law relating to the recovery of Rent in the Presidency of Fort Willian in Bengal.

All sections
    The Collector shall adjudicate upon such claim and make such order between the claimant and the plaintiff and defendant in the original suit as shall seem fit. In trying such claim the Collector shall be guided by the rules contained in this Act so far as they may be applicable.
