No irregularity in publishing or conducting a sale of moveable property under an execution shall vitiate such sale, but this rule shall not be held to deprive any person who may sustain damage by reason of such irregularity from recovering such damage by action in the Civil Court; provided such action be brought within one year from the date of sale.
