Section 119:
Distrainer may apply for aid to the Collector upon occasion of resistance made or apprehend.
If a distrainer shall be opposed, or shall apprehend resistance, and shall desire to obtain
the assistance of a public Officer, he may apply to the Collector, and the Collector may, if he thinks
necessary, depute an Officer to support the distrainer in making the distraint.
