Within five days from the time of the storing of any distrained crops of products, or it crops or products do not, from their nature, admit of being stored, within five days from the time of making the distress, the distrainer shall apply for sale of the same to the Civil Court Ameen, or other Officer Authorized to sell property in satisfaction of decree of the Civil Court within the circle in which the distrained property is situate, or to such other public officer as the local Government shall appoint for the purpose.
