An Act to amend the law relating to the recovery of Rent in the Presidency of Fort Willian in Bengal.

All sections
    Officers holding sales of property under this Act, and shall persons employed by or subordinate to such officers, are prohibited from purchasing either directly or indirectly any property sold by such officers.
