Section 11: Landholder not to compel the attendance of tenant for adjustment of rent or for any other purpose.
    The power heretofore vested in Zemindars and other landholders of compelling the attendance of their tenants for the adjustment of their rents or for any other purpose is with drawn, and all such persons are prohibited from adopting and means of compulsion for enforcing.
    Payment of rent to be enforced only under this Act.—payment of the rents due to them other than are authorized by the provisions of this Act.
