Section 121:
Distress to be withdrawn if defaulter tender payment of arrear and expenses of attachment prior to the day of sale
If at any time after property has been distrained, and prior to the
day fixed for its being put up to sale as hereinafter provided, the owner of the property shall tender
payment of the arrear demanded of him and of the expenses of the distress, the distrainer shall receive the
same, and shall forthwith withdraw the distress.
