Section 46: Landlord’s duty to give notice of new construction to Government.
    Whenever, after the commencement of this Act, any premises are constructed, the landlord shall, within thirty days of the completion of such construction, give intimation thereof in writing to the 1[Director of Estates] or to such other officer as may be specified in this behalf by the Government.
