Section 9:
Superintendence by Court of Wards where disqualified landholder owns land in more than one division
Where a land-holder owns land within two or more divisions, such one only of the Courts
of Wards as the Local Government may determine in this behalf shall assume the superintendence of the
property, or of the person and property, of the land-holder.
