Section 43: Rent first charge on holding and holding saleable in execution of decree for arrears of rent.
    The rent of the holding of an absolute occupancy-tenant shall be the first charge on that holding, which shall, subject to the other provisions of this Act, be liable to sale in execution of a decree for arrears of the rent thereof.
