Long Title: An Act to provide for the constitution and regulation of an armed force of the Union for ensuring the security of the borders of India and for matters connected therewith.

Section 76: Kinds of Force Courts.
    For the purposes of this Act, there shall be three kinds of Force Courts, namely :–
         (a) General Force Courts;
         (b) Petty Force Courts; and
         (c) Summary Force Courts,
which shall be convened in the manner prescribed.
