Section 7: Appointment of Commissioner of Metro Railway Safety.
    1[(1)] The Central Government may appoint one or more Commissioners of Metro Railway Safety.
     2[(2) The Commissioner shall function under the administrative control of the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety appointed under section 5 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989).]
