Long Title: An Act to consolidate and amend the laws relating to reorganisation and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals in a time bound manner for maximisation of value of assets of such persons, to promote entrepreneurship, availability of credit and balance the interests of all the stakeholders including alteration in the order of priority of payment of Government dues and to establish an Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 90: Directions for compliances of restrictions, etc.
    (1) The resolution professional may apply to the Adjudicating Authority for any of the following directions, namely:—
         (a) compliance of any restrictions referred to in sub-section (3) of section 85, in case of non-compliance by the debtor; or
         (b) compliance of the duties of the debtor referred to in section 88, in case of non-compliance by the debtor.
     (2) The resolution professional may apply to the Adjudicating Authority for directions in relation to any other matter under this Chapter for which no specific provisions have been made.
