Long Title: An Act to establish and incorporate a teaching University for promotion and development of English and other Foreign Languages and their Literature, and to provide for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.

Section 21: Authorities of the University.
    The following shall be the authorities of the University:--
         (1) the Court;
         (2) the Executive Council;
         (3) the Academic Council;
         (4) the Schools of Studies;
         (5) the Finance Committee; and
         (6) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
