Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.
    (1) This Act may be called the Sports Broadcasting Signals (Mandatory Sharing with Prasar Bharati) Act, 2007.
     (2) It extends to the whole of India.
     (3) Save as otherwise provided, it shall be deemed to have come into force on the 11th day of November, 2005.
