About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to Land-revenue and the powers of Revenue-officers in the Central Provinces.
When any land has been let in farm under the provisions
of this Act, any revenue due from the farmer in respect of such land may be recovered from him or his
surety as an arrear of revenue payable directly to Government
