Provisions of section 31 not to apply to certain suits.

About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to Land-revenue and the powers of Revenue-officers in the Central Provinces.
Nothing in section thirty-one shall apply
to suits and appeals or other proceedings instituted before, or determined by, Settlement-officers in
pursuance of powers conferred upon them under section thirty-three, thirty-four or thirty-five.
