About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to Land-revenue and the powers of Revenue-officers in the Central Provinces.
After causing any
attachment to be made under section ninety-four, clause (c), the Deputy Commissioner shall issue a proclamation declaring the attachment to be in force, and shall take the attached mahal, share or land under
his own management, or place it under the management of any agent whom he may appoint for the purpose.
