Penalty for contravention of orders under section 57.
About this Act
An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the regulation of the police in the Union territory of Delhi.
Whoever contravenes any order made
under section 57 shall, on conviction, be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to
three years, or with fine, or with both.
