Penalty for contravening directions under section 65.
About this Act
An Act to amend and consolidate the law relating to the regulation of the police in the Union territory of Delhi.
Whoever opposes or fails to conform
to any direction given by any police officer under section 65 or abets the opposition or failure to conform
to such direction shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees.
