Abstract of proceedings of general meetings.
About this Act
An Act to consolidate and amend the law relating to the business of insurance.
Every insurer, being a company or body
incorporated under any law for the time being in force in 2[India], shall furnish to the 1[Authority]
3[a certified copy of the minutes of the proceedings of every general meeting, as entered in the
Minutes Book of the insurer] within thirty days from the holding of the meeting to which it relates.
