Power to remove difficulties.

About this Act
An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this
Act, the Government may, by order do anything not inconsistent with the provisions thereof which
appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty.
