Overriding effect of the provisions of the Act.

About this Act
An Act to provide for constitution and organisation of municipalities in the Urban areas of Manipur and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto.
The provisions of this Act, rules and
bye-laws, and orders made and directions issued thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything
inconsistent therewith contained in any other law for the time being in force or any instrument having
effect by virtue of any such law.
